what do i have to do to drop one down in a 92 lx...where can i find these motor mounts...and what kind of tranny...can i have 5 speed</P>

Don't waste your money. Edelbrock is the only one to make a 4bbl manifold for one, as they all came stock with 2bbl carbs. If you run this motor, you will have to run the original heads (restrictive), or modify 351w heads to fit. It will never live up to your expectations performance wise, and you will probably spend more money making it as fast as a comparably modded 5.0 or 351w with moderate h/c/i upgrades. If you already have the block, trade it or sell it. But then again, everyone is entitled to experiment. Let us know how things work out.
