new to the forum...

I have an '05 mustang v-6 and it had the airbox replaced with an aftermarket one. I have the stock air box and I would like to put it on but it looks like there was another piece that went under the airbox that the airbox hooked into? I can see where something was bolted in underneath the airbox, and the airbox intake opening looks like it's made to hook into something else? I went to the ford web-site and it only shows the airbox and nothing else...

anyone know what the deal is here?

thanks...Dave

i believe the air box only hooks up to the car with one bolt.. there isn't anything else underneath it.. and it doesn't hook up to anything other than the hose to the TB..
