Dont trash me here because this is a Ford Site and I am a Mustang Owner asking for help from other Ford owners

I found a pretty good deal on a 06 F250 Harley Davidson Edition and it has about 68K on it. The truck looks great and has every option know to man. My questions are about the motor. I have heard die hard Ford people say this thing is junk. I know they have a head gasket problem and a egr delete will fix that. I have also heard the have injector problems like crazy and only aftermarket will fix that which is expensive as heck.

I really like the truck but in a honest oppion can they be made reliable for a decent price. I mean I have heard a slew of other problems with them as well. So is it worth 20-22K and not going off of KBB but just knowledge of the motor.
