HELP!

You've got a short somewhere. Hard to diagnose via the internet. Time to start poking around with a multi-meter. If you have the factory service manual for your make/model, the circuit diagram inside it will help a lot with this. The circuit should be fairly simple. If you don't have the factory service manual, either contact ford or search ebay. It should pay for itself with this job alone. Electrical issues are time consuming, and therefore expensive if you take it into a shop to diagnose.
