Unable to Dyno car. Why?

Unable to Dyno car. Why?
I went to dyno my car today, 95 gt, and the shop said that they could not dyno the car because their dynojet would not 'stabilize.' They said it had something to do with the electrical system on my car. Their suggestions were the wrong type of spark plug, old wires, etc.
My car just had a tune up with new plugs, new taylor wires, new coil, new cap and rotor, and the timing was set. My stereo works fine with no electrical interference. The only weird thing about the ignition system is that the distributor is rotated 180, but it was timed that way and the car runs great.
Anyone know if the shop's explanation is plausible? If so, what could be the problem with my car, or what can I do to fix it.
Thank you,
Chris Wanner

Thank you to everyone who has responded. I always thought you could dyno anything from a model T to a hydrogen fuel cell vehicle. I also requested that they run the dyno without worrying about RPMs and I would make my own graph, but that was a no go as well. Pretty sure this place was just screwing with/me. Wasted two hours of my time either way. Same place sold me an MSD coil that did not work and already opened/ used parts that were supposed to be new.
