Default Transmission debate

Hey guys im sure you all heard about this topic but im new to this so please bear with me. I got my 2011 5.0 mustang a few months ago n basically my transmission shifts very rough and i recently found out that the mt82 tranny in this car is manufactured and built in china. basically shifting into second gear is very rough and my synchronizers are way to loud when i shift. i took into Ford 3 times and fought with them and they continue to tell me my car is fine. my question is were do i go from here? do i need a new tranny or should i look into an aftermarket trans?

did you try to bring it to another dealer?

Do you have a forum member in your area where you can test drive his/her car and see if it has the same problem as yours?

Go test drive a car on the Ford's car lot and see if you have the same symptoms.

Let us know of the result

Just curious...didn't you notice this during the test drive?
