302 HO or non-HO??????

302 HO or non-HO??????
I have a 302 with the casting numbers E7TE-CA I got engine from my friend, he said it come out of a 87 or 88 Town car but I pulled the intake and found roller cam and lifters isn't this a sign that it's a HO.?
I have no upper intake just lower intake if anyone knows please tell me
