Smile Just put the OR/H pipe on.

Took me about 2 hours in my backyard with a socket wrench lol. Went on pretty good. I'll post a video on this thread later today.

Stock headers, summit racing off road H, flowmaster 40 axelback.

Sounds like a small exhaust leak maybe. Do you have all the bolts torqued down tight?

Make sure the clamp is on tightly too. Also, my current setup has a tiny rattle if i accelerate at low RPMs in 5th. Not sure what causes it.

edit: glad you like it though!

Should they all be as tight as possible?

There are probably specs that they should be torqued down to, but I would just make sure they're plenty tight. When I first fired up my headers after their install, we had forgotten to torque down 2 studs and there was a huge leak. Just tighten as much as you can without breaking the bolt. lol.

Wow lol, talk about bad luck :/ If it's in the back, it's got to be either your clamp between the two halves of the pipe or one of the two clamps between the h pipe and the over axle pipe.
