Yeah... You will lose. Not to bash, but '97 was a horrible year. Unless his 50 is a POS, he will get at least a couple cars on you.

 

i dont understand why everyone says that 97 is a bad year. i guess just because it doesnt have PI heads. i drive the hell outta my car and have had no problems

 

they weigh a lot but the engine wasnt hopped enough to make up for the weight

your body style is heavier then the fox. and your motor lacks the hp. the new ones have different heads and i think a revised intake.
