fans not working...
you could just use a piece of wire to short out the fan relay.. a guy at work did that, don't know how long it worked though.its different for every car out there, he just put a wire where the relay was supposed to be, then put the relay back in, it spun constantly.
Hope.................... this will working your fan.

use one of the blanks in your fuse block and wire it thru either your ignition as stated above or to a toggle.
Have checked that the jacks of fans are plugged in or not. it also happens with me a few months before. In those days I have traveled daily. Many times my car goes overheated and I have to take some rest for cool down my car's engine. Then i have know the reason that the car is overheated because the fans are not working and i go to a garage and fix this problem. When the mechanic see the fans he had just plugged the jacks in and the fans are working perfect. Then I felt that i should see this before coming here. so check that.
-Test the fan by connecting it directly to the battery.
-Make sure you're getting power at the plug for the fan. Either a voltmeter or 12v LED plugged into the plug & running the AC should work.
-Test the relay. Make sure it clicks.
-Make sure the relay is getting power on both sides. One side will have a constant 12v source & the other should only have 12v when the fan would turn on (high temp or AC on.)
A few weeks ago I went through this on a Maxima. I went the opposite direction with testing & it turned out to be 2 bad fan motors.

Wire it up to a toggle, just don't forget to keep your eye on your temperature. If you want the re-assurance and convenience the whole built in toggle system that the fan originally came with and was designed for, get some replacement wires and re-do it yourself. Would definitely make sure the motors aren't dead though.
