b/f has a 1999 Chevy Z71 4x4 truck and his SES light is on again

truck runs fine. is it just a sensor or what?

 

I'm gonna go with what. Tell him to take it to Advance or Autozone and have it scanned for free.

Am I confused on what you are looking for? You are looking for the SES (service engine soon) codes right? If your are looking for something else I have no idea what you are talking about.

This is indeed a mustang forum, not a chebby forum, you can't expect too much of an answer. And surprisingly those codes are pretty elusive, I didn't find anything on google.

 

JD1969 gets here he will give me an answer
