Default Repairs

I have an 08 GT Conv and it needs new struts and lower ball joints/control arms a) is this normal thing to replace after four years? b) quoted me $1500. for all the work including an alignment sound fair?

Thats awfully quick...how many miles on the car? What kind of driving? Highway, in town? 4x4? (lol). 1500 doesnt sound too bad, but id shop around.

Miles are 80 something k both highway and around town as I have a 30 mile commute each way but normal driving otherwise lol other shops so far are all around 2k for repairs so far

Those parts definitely wear out over time, in 4 years is usual I would say. Your route must be bumpy! Either that or you beat that poor pony, lol. Seems about fair for $1300 to $1500.
