Default Reason behind this?

Well I think this one id the best place to discuss about my latest problem, actually from couple of days when I hit the break I just feel jerk on the steering wheel but not able to find the exact reason. Any idea?

Sounds like one of your brake calipers is either grabbing harder than the other or is grabbing before the other. Check your brake lines on both sides for leaks, and make sure one isn't stuck shut.

ABS? Does the pedal drop at all, is there a light? This would be moreso when almost at a complete stop.

Well friends thanks for your response I checked all these stuffs and find that the rotor has wrecked and there is also some kind of rust over caliper but the brake pad is fine. One thing I would like to know I should also replace caliper only because of rust or not?

If it's on the outside I wouldn't worry about it, it's just going to look nasty. As long as the lines going to it are good you don't have to worry. If you went as far as to look into the piston(s) in the caliper and discovered rust, however, I would have it re-conditioned/replaced.
