I'm about to install the NSR 127020 cams. My concern is getting a tune that will pass the Texas emissions test.

Nope, never owned a car as new as yours, and I live in Pennsylvania. I'm pretty sure if you look on their site that it's a generic customary thing for aftermarket part manufacturers to put a "50 state legal" seal on their parts. Not everyone does it, but companies are savvy with this kind of crap so a lot of them do it so you buy their ****. I would look on the Comp website, or Jegs/Summit Racing, they like to list that stuff too.
