My step dad has been letting me drive his 2001 mustang gt convertable for a few months now. A while ago i backed it up into a fire hydrant and now there is a big yellow hole between the M and the U of the bumper but i covered it up with a bumper sticker for now. I have the money to buy a new bumper but i dont know where to start. I'm interested now in getting some sort of custom bumper instead of the same stock bumper but i dunno if that would require getting a custom front bumper too. I see bumpers online for sale but even if i bought it i would need to paint it bright green to match and i would have to get it installed by someone. Ideally i would like to find a place where i could buy a bumper and have them paint it and install it all for one cheap price. I dont know how much this will cost but i dont really want to spend more than $500. Any advice with where to buy from would be greatly appreciated.
