just recently bought a standard 2007 Mustang V6 with 90K miles so hey! also I need some help trying figure out some problems.

yesterday on my way home smoke started coming out of the hood. popped the hood, there's this sort of thick liquid splattered everywhere. the engine coolant light was on, the temp gauge was all the way at H. this morning I started the car just to check it out and it's squeaking but the temp is now all the way at C and no engine coolant light. i think i might need a new water pimp? im not sure. what do you guys think?
