I wouldn't worry about spark plugs...considering modular motors do not use them. Don't waste your money.

It will pass fine as long as the cats are there. Pretty sure they won't care about the sound for an emissions inspection.

They are looking more for emission issues then sound.

For just safety inspection it shouldn't matter at all.

We went ahead and replaced spark plugs. what a difference that made, the car has so much more power, now it feels like a v8 should.

and also the speedometer is ten mph faster so if im going 60 it says im going 70, is that a easy fix?
