Default Front suspension/brakes

Was wondering if anyone had the experience of changing over a 67/68 fastback front end from drum brakes to disc? Can the struts, spindles, rotors and calipers be swapped over from a late model GT stang (what years?) on to the 68? Does one have to change to a newer upper control arm as well with negative roll and correct the bumpsteer associated with these older suspensions?

Thanks Tim. Is that the only way to go or do you know if late model mustang stuff works or is it the same?

i think fatman http://www.fatmanfab.com/ makes a kit to put fox struts spindles and rotors but i am not sure if not they will have a mustang 2 front end. the granada swap is the cheapest and easiest in the long run the after you get your spindles and caliper brackets, the only thing you can't buy at your local parts store is the rubber lines. Those won't be that big of a deal any vintage mustang parts vendor will be able to get what you need.
