Angry Convertible top binds

I have a 2002 Mustang convertible. I had the top replaced a few months ago with a new cloth top. After a few months the top wouldn't raise by itself. I tore it apart and found a loose nut holding the passenger side ram & both rams seeping oil. I replaced the motor, both rams, and refastened the loose bolt. Now it binds going down during the first few seconds. Does anyone have any idea what to look for and how to diagnose this problem?

Thanks.

Somewhere on one of the Mustang sites, I found the full factory procedure to check and adjust the top.....just cannot find it right now. It is not complicated, but there are certain steps to take based on the issues. I will see what else I can locate....

Here is one....this is what I used...
