Default Help ID my engine

Hey guys,

I just picked up this car last weekend...a 68 coupe (PO said it was originally a Sprint edition, but that's so far unconfirmed).

Anyway I want to find out about the motor thats actually in it now. Here's the pics of the cast-in ID numbers on the block. I'm confused by the 015 model number.

I've read the Ford engine decoder sites, but this 015 doesn't seem to be standard.

Any ideas?

C8 is the clue here.
That's a 1968 engine block.

Yeah I got that. In fact the date code tells us the exact day of mfr, but I still can't tell the model number & displacement.
