probably. I never had a problem with them. made big purchases when I had my 07. and now that I have my 14 ive already spent $1000 in the 2 months ive had the car with no problem. people seriously need to realize that mistakes can happen and to resolve them with THE VENDOR.

unless AM tells you to F off, don't go crying on a forum because you took your intake off before the new one was shipped. it's people like this, that give good companies bad reps.

resolve it with AM privately and move on to the next vendor if you think they are so bad.

I just called them to resolve a problem actually with UPS and they were very helpfull on the phone with me and that was late about 8:30 at night.

Never asked for anything for free. Just to let you know out of all the items the original order still as of today Feb 3rd has not arrived. You are right when Mike the Customer Service manger got involved they re-shipped the order and it came on Friday..... I am only a 1 day ship away 2 hr drive lets end this i received my merchandise with the help of Mike

Well, at least you got your order, remember, we all order from AM and we mostly like the company. Enjoy the new parts. I just bought a tuner for cost from motorvationefi but, the owner is my cousins husband. Chill bro.

2 hours...lucky dog. i'd be driving there all the time.

your post most likely confused all of us, a lot of people cry to get something out of them because they are always willing to right a wrong, sometimes when it has nothing to do with them. glad you got your parts though, hope you enjoy them.
