Default Troubleshooting rear brake pulse

So, I noticed lately that my brake pedal has a bit of a pulse. It's still stopping fine, with no squeaks or other noises. The right-rear rotor is in the picture, and I KNOW it doesn't look right.
  • I haven't worked on brakes at all
  • There are no brake fluid leaks
  • No ECU trouble codes

Any ideas or explanations? I don't want to dump a bunch of money into brakes right now, if I don't need to.
