Default pinion seal/valve ???

I have a 2013 5.0. I had the pinion seal fixed or replaced under warranty twice. Now, every blue moon I notice barely a drop of fluid on the ground below the valve on the rear axle. Since it happens so rarely I assume it's normal to vent some fluid. I noticed a drop today, so I decided to get underneath and check things out. The vent tube on the rear axle is wobbly when you touch it. Is it supposed to be like that or should it be screwed tight? Immediate help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Never mind everybody. I'm an idiot, lol. I should ve used the flashlight the first time I crawled under. It's tight. The tube itself is supposed to be like that. Now that I've figured this out, is it normal for the vent tube to drip a drop every blue moon?
