Default Power Loss

Hello all,
I am the owner of a 2002 Mustang GT 5 speed, it has almost 80,000 miles on it. Recently i have been noticing that the power in the low end of gears feels kind of boggy and sluggish. if any one can give me some ideas that might help this that are not Mods i would greatly appreciate it.
Car is lightly modded, Cold air intake, upgraded clutch, aftermarket exhaust, don't think any of that makes a difference other than maybe replacing/cleaning air filter.

Thank you for any help you can give.
