Question?
Why when I was moving forward going very slow from a dead stop and then I pushed in the clutch and put it in reverse it grinded!?!?! How in the heck would it grind when I "held" in the clutch which was making it in neutral???
P.S.
When I was going forward and put it in reverse, I didnt try to go reverse by pushing the gas pedal I just put the "gear" in reverse but the whole time the clutch was engaged (making it neutral)

Gears simply didn't mesh. Common problem.
You have to be completely stopped, or you might have to put it in first then go to reverse. Some people even have to put it in first and roll forward a touch.

in my car you ahve to be stopped completely or it will grind.
the gears are synchronized for such.
i mean in all reality how can it catch in one of them teeth (gears) if its moving right?
