I'm confused - is it daylight that you have a hard time seeing it or at night? You said
problem is I cant see how fast i'm going in daylight
and then said
glare or something is very bad night is no issue even running with parking lights on or headlights don't help

Never really noticed any glare so bad I couldn't read the gauges, on my 07, I did how ever always wear polarized glasses while driving.

On my 2006 I changed to white face gauge overlays - with the convertible I had a hard time reading the speedometer with the top down. Maybe this will work for you:

They have other options too.
