Default Transmission Squeaking

Hi everyone, I have a 2006 mustang GT and I've been having some transmission problems with it recently. The car makes a kind of knocking/ squeaking noise at 60mph, it doesn't matter the gear if the car is going 60 it's making the noise. We dropped the transmission and noticed no visible damage to the clutch, fly-wheel, or throwout bearing. The car only has 7,000 miles, yes that is seven-thousand, and it has power in all gears. What could it possibly be?

Here is the video of my transmission making the noise (

Video is private.

With the issue being related to vehicle speed, my first instinct would be to inspect the driveshaft. If you're sure the sound is coming from the transmission, you may want to look for an issue with the output shaft. With such low mileage, I imagine the car's been sitting for an extended amount of time. Have you checked the fluid level in the transmission?

I updated the privacy settings hopefully it's viewable now.

The car sat for about 7 years and then we did a transmission swap to a 5 speed. The transmission was drained and filled before it was placed in the car. The car has been running for about a year already, it mainly only saw track use, the initial noise happened while I was racing a friend. I went into fourth gear and the clutch slipped and started making this noise.
