Cigarette lighter blown fuse

Cigarette lighter blown fuse
2000 Mustang V6
Been using both the cigarette lighter by the shifter, and the power outlet by the center console, without any problems.
Connected a new charger into the center console power outlet...lights flickered, then nothing. Tried the lighter plug by the shifter, and nothing.
Found the blown fuse under dash and replaced.
The cigarette lighter by the shifter works perfectly, using known good charger, but the center console still doesn't work.
Is there another fuse for the center console power outlet? Everything else in the car seems to work correctly.
