Default Please Help!!

Hello everyone, I have a 2012 mustang gt supercharged, fuel injectors, cai, h pipe and cats for the exhaust. i recently had to have the gasket on the transmission replaced because of a leak. Since I got it back its acting really strange at 5000 to 6000 rpm at wot this things starts bogging down and stuttering and only in 4th and 5th gear! I really dont understand. I was told to change the pugs and that would help. That did Not help. Ford had to remove the entire exhaust and I think this is where the problem is because the car was not doing this when I took it to them. I will take it back to them but was wanting everyones opinion on what it might be. I appreciate your feedback! THANK YOU!

Can it hold its cruise control in 5th at about 70/80? How is doing on hills and slopes? This might be the start of Clutch slipping or a simple Engine control software malfunction. Do you have a tuner, if so have you tried resetting that? There are so many reasons why this could be happening and I tend to look at the worst and the easiest to solve.

You may need to have the crank relearn procedure done. If the transmission had to be separated from the engine to do the work definitely should have the procedure done.
