I recently installed some blue led lights in my 1968 mustang coupe. I follow the directions but now I can't get the lights to come on at all in the dash and there is a black wire hanging down now( see pic).

I can't tell what this black wire goes to and. Ow my gas guage is showing full.

Please help!
