I have an 03 mustang with a 3.8L V6. When I bought it from the previous owner he said his mechanic said it needed a ECM and it says that on the Recipt. Some people were telling me to have the codes read first and these codes are what I got.

Can anyone tell me what this may mean?

 

Sorry I can't help as I'm not that familiar with the newer Mustangs.

But there is a another Tech section specific to your year Mustang, I'd ask this in there also.
