Intermittent difficulty starting cold (occurs maybe 1 of 4 times). Drove the car off the lot 3 weeks ago. Have already had it serviced twice and the problem still persists. One of the injectors was replaced, then the starter was replaced. Multimeter to battery reads >12.6. Problem only seems to happen when it's been sitting for a while,

-Crank sensor?
-Fuel line issue?
-Fly wheel issue?
-PCM?

Should I be calling Ford directly at this point?

 

If car is under warranty take it in and make sure they fix it.

 

Issue was fixed by replacing PCM. Able to duplicate issue pretty consistently by driving car for 10 minutes, and restarting after an hour or two. Unsuccessful attempts previous to this: replace starter, replace fuel injector 6, fuel compression, purge valve solenoid, spark plugs, battery, any air/fuel mix issue. Car starts perfectly every time now.
