Default Hesitates when starting....

Ok, I know all mustrangs have a unique start, by the way they kinda delay a second then start after turning the key. But mine does it out of the ordinary. It acts like it needs more power...but the battery/hook ups look ok. But basically it just hesitates when trying to start. What could be problem? Im thinking maybe the starter is starting to go bad on me.

I have an 04 GT with 12k miles and mine does it too. I have heard of a lot of the newer ones getting a wild hair once in a while and not wanting to start right up... they crank for a few seconds before they fire.....weird.....

Ya it will crank a few times then start...kinda like a beater car...lol But it always starts though. Just sometimes better then others.

let me see if i under stand the problem.

is it cranking slower than what you think it should. if so you may have a starter going bad.
