Tried putting LEDs in tail lights. The outside two lights (brake, turn signal) don't go completely out when the power is off. There is a dim glow remaining. Won't go out although I didn't leave them glowing for too long. Used different brands and same thing happens...Makes one ponder...thanks.

 

LED's are known to have a lower power threshold to light up (less resistance) than traditional bulbs.

You will need to source the proper resistor to put inline with the LED power circuit to raise their power threshold.
