Default 1997 Mustang GT Instrument Cluster Problems

First time poster here,

I've been coming here for years, literally. I've had my 1997 GT since I was 16, I'm now 29. I've decided to quit being a lurker and reach out.

I've read through the forums quite a bit on my problem, but I'm trying to find a new Instrument Cluster (with proper circuitry). The gas gauge reads empty after filling up and the temperature gauge reads max temperature after sitting over night. It reads these values all the time and attempts to read normally when she gets a wild hair up her ***. I've read that several posts that say I should be careful. e.g. Don't try to hook up a cluster for a 98 to a 97, or 96 to 97 for that matter. I guess the biggest problem is I don't know a seemingly reliable place to find a new instrument cluster that includes new circuitry. Would you guys have any suggestions on where to find a new instrument cluster? Could the dealer provide something like this brand-new? Is there a restoration website I could order a new one from?

Attached are two images taken seconds apart after driving her to the store and back. misread.jpg is what it was reading when I got her home, normal.jpg is what it read after turning it off and immedeately back on. I've check all the related sensors and they are working properly.

TL;DR: Gas gauge reads empty temp. gauge reads max 99% of the time. Need new instrument cluster with new circuitry. What's the best place to buy one?
