Default Need help with my mustang

When I'm driving the moves I've been told its the front suspension when I try and make a u- turn the car leans to one side and sounds like the tires is hitting the fender

I've read that like 4 times and I'm still not quite sure I understand. Think autocorrect did some things there.

Which tire(s) are rubbing? Stock or aftermarket wheel and tire sizes (if aftermarket, list size)? Stock or modified suspension components (list modifications if necessary)? Did this just start happening one day or always been like this? What year car are we talking?
