Also, it's a manual but I'm sure y'all knew that. And I'm going to be doing it myself with the help of my pops and uncle who's a mechanic. Tips for that too and video/forum links to transmission removal and clutch swap!!

Any one of the Stage 2 or higher... Some of those kits even have pilot bearings
included. In the end, you can't be sure going outside OE from Ford, but even
an aftermarket stage2 or higher has to perform the same or better.

Ceramic clutch facings are made from a mixture of copper are better, and there is
one on the first page, the Valeo Maz Stage 4. Ceramic clutch facings can withstand
considerable heat. They can operate without fading at temperatures up to 1,000°F.

In terms of longevity, Kevlar and Twaron last 2-3 times longer than any organic facings.
They require higher clamping pressures, and have a long break-in period (1,000 miles)
but their durability makes them a good choice for vehicles with stock or slightly modified
engines.

Type - µRange - Fade Temp. (°F) - Best Use

Woven Organic - 0.25-0.3 - 600 - Daily Driver
HD Organic - 0.25-0.3 - 700 - Most Street Performance, Towing, and Hauling Applications
Kevlar - 0.35-0.37 - 500 - Longevity; Off-roading
Carbotic - 0.45-0.48 - 750 - Heavy-Duty Hauling and Towing; Commercial Trucking
Ceramic - 0.4-0.6 1000 - Racing
Feramic - 0.5-.055 - 1000 - Racing/Agricultural
FeramAlloy - 0.4-0.6 - 1000 - Heavy Duty Hauling and Towing; Commercial Trucking
