Silly but simple question

Sorry for this question, but I don't own a 2016 Mustang. I'm doing research. The question is: Is the car Metric, SAE or a combination of both? Thanks. Sorry again.

I think both, I think you'll find an abundance of 10mm bolts throughout the car... along with some English (American) sizes as well...
