Default Throttle body advice

I wanted to remove my throttle body to clean it, but the bolts felt so tight I thought they might break or break the intake. Has anyone else had this problem? The bolts sould only be tightened to 89 in/lbs, I don't know why they feel so tight. If you have any advice it would be appreciated.

Run it to operating temperature, or at least warm it up, then attempt removal.

Thanks for answering, I will try that. I get nervous around these plastic parts.
