Default Sequential Turn Signal Flashing not flashing in sequence

2012 Ford Mustang V6 2 Door

My right rear (passenger side) turn signal is not strobing in sequence as my left drivers side rear turn signal does. This just started recently. It flashes quicker for left turns on the dash display. I noted tonight when trouble shooting it that the rear turn signal does flash, however, it is not strobing in sequence as it did in the past. I also noted that the right front (passenger side) turn signal is not illuminating. Could the front turn signal being out cause the rear turn signal to flash in sequence? Thank you! - W

The first thing I'd do is get the non-working light back online then see what you have. When my sequentials started exhibiting a messed up pattern it was because when I had the car painted, the bulbs were put back in the wrong order.
