Default suspension and brakes

Hi all,
I have a 66 289 and I am going to be replacing all front suspension components. At the same time I want to convert the front from drum to disc. Is there an order I should be doing each step of the two jobs (suspension and brake conversion) so I can take advantage of certain parts being off to do both jobs at the same time without redoing my work? I'm new to this so apologies if this is a seemingly inane question.
Thanks.

You would want to replace the suspension components first. If you converted the brakes first then you would be pulling those back off to change the control arms and steering components. We could offer stock replacement components or aftermarket suspension components for your 66 Mustang. Also for the drum to disc conversion you will need to pay attention to the diameter of your wheels. Kits vary for fitment due to the rotor and caliper size(quantity of pistons). If you provide more info as far as the direction your looking to go as in are you just wanting stock replacement suspension components or are you wanting to improve handling. For the brakes are you looking at going with a big brake kit or something that will work with smaller diameter wheels like 14 in. or 15 in. Let the community know more about the route your wanting to go and provide us with some more info on the specs of your car and we could make some recommendations for you.
