Default Tune shop in NJ

Hey all
curious if anyone out there has recommendations for some reputable mustang shops. I have an 04 GT that just had a new engine installed and want someone to help finish updating and tuning it right. Most places I search for in the area aren’t in business anymore or just aren’t able to take right now. I’m in south jersey and would be more than willing to go to PA or NY if needed. Thank you

In NJ there is JDM in the Freehold area. I believe they're still up and running.

Close by is Evolution Performance in PA. Fred is a good guy there and they do good work. Give them a shout.

Nice. Thank you. I’m actually close to JDM, I just wasn’t sure if they really worked with mustangs. But the one in PA might be worth a try. I’ve been trying to get a hold of the guy at Wicked since February and he is tough to get a date out of him to drop it off.

If they are that tough to get a hold of then I would look elsewhere. I'm not saying they are bad or anything like that. But if they're that busy then it will probably be a lot of time to not only get your car in there but also to wait for it to be done once it is in there. Evolution is good. They gave me an appointment and it took about a full day for them to do the header install. That was on my 2018. They also had to modify the connection point to get rid of the neck-down section so that took some extra time. And the price they quoted me was very good. And they seem to only do Mustangs. So they're worth a shot for sure if you can get into JDM any time soon.

JDM did all the major work on both of my cars, it's hard to get an appointment.
Jim Sr. who owns the place does all the tuning, used to work for Ford as a calibrator, & does many road trips to support race cars during the season..
