Hey y'all I'm new to modified New Edge mustangs, just picked mine up about a month ago (2003 Mustang GT Convertible). I have some rear end noise (howling/whining) at speeds greater than 20mph when accelerating. I have a Yukon Gear 31 spline axle, 3.73 gears, and Dura Grip posi. I'm unsure if this noise is simply because its modified or not. It has not had any trouble driving and hasn't seemed to get any louder in the 2k miles that I've put on it (had to go home from college). I'm just now getting time to get it looked at but I don't want to waste time or money if it's normal for these modifications. I did notice some backlash the last time I had the rear in the air but it did not seem too bad.
