Underdrive Pulleys
You bolt your stock crank pulley/dampener to the new pulley March gives you.
It's a stupid idea, sure you slow down your accessories but you are actually adding weight to your rotating assembly. When I installed mine, I didn't bolt the stock crank pulley/dampener to it because I thought the idea of it was absolutely ridiculous, the mod for $150 bucks felt extremely good, until I researched some more and found I needed to bolt the stock crank pulley/dampener to the new one. Once it was installed according to the instructions, the mod felt pretty useless and I was pretty pissed I wasted my money on the piggy-back setup.
You can buy an SFI approved under drive pulley from March, but for whatever reason all the Mustang sites only list the piggy-back style pulleys with no option for the SFI approved pulley/dampener. I'm sure you can call them and get it sorted out and save a couple bucks compared to the Steeda's.
