Default problems with 97 gt

I have a 97 GT with a 4.6 SOHC with factory 5 speed tranny. Im having a couple of problems with it, when i put my car in reverse and start to back up, it feels like my transmission mount is broken because the tranny jumps and hits the floorboard, is there anything else it could be??? Also, when i first got the car, my throw-out bearing just went all to hell, i would hear chirping coming from the trans when i let go of the clutch pedal. When I replaced the clutch, i put a NAPA brand throw-out bearing and cheap napa clutch in to get me by until i can get a king cobra clutch. Well, now the same chirping has come back and when i accelerate full throttle, it makes an AWEFUL racket, very loud ticking and im thinking its the throw-out bearing again, I dont think its lifter noise. Anything else it could be?? What is the best brand throw-out bearing to use for my car and the best clutch. Im really wanting to get rid of these sounds, I did grease up the throw-out bearing too but I didnt fill it up. Thanks
