Default REMOTE STARTER

Does anyone know if i can istalle a remote starter on a car with a manual tranny. Will it work since you gotta press the clucth in to start the car normaly.

you have to bypass something with the clutch i thinkand cant leave it in gear when parked and stuff...IMO its not worth it

It can be done, but you need to bypass the starter interlock switch on the clutch cable, but like Jugador said you can't leave it in gear, also without the switch on the clutch if you are ever cruising on the highway with the cruise control on and push in the clutch, the cruise will stay on and the car will rev untill you turn off the cruise. My advise too is to pass on this one!!

Yeah! I think you guys are right. With my luck, I'll leave it in gear. I'll goto start it and it will goflyingthrough my garage wall.
