Looks pretty good to me. Just remember, you get what you pay for.
I have a steeda tri-ax and I love it, not very expensive.....I feel better about an established product than an ebay one.....but it looks like a solid shifter....so if you are tight on cash, go for it.

If that is one that fits your car....I would def. reccommend it. They are great shifters....the shifts are short and solid. I know you will love it as well

Edit: The only thing that concers me is that it specifies for a T5 tranny.....do you have a T5 or a T45? If you have a T5, you are good to go.

well of course I am going to recommend the MGW but if you are on a tight budget then yea, get that off of ebay. Plus I do believe the t5 and t45 have the same shifter because that was the option when I ordered my MGW.
