Yes, they sell kits for this. Much cheaper than new lights, and autobody shop could do it too

Mothers Mag and Aluminum polish should clear those babies right up... many people use that on the Cobra headlights when they turn yellow. It's a lil plastic can thing red & white in color, like 3-4 $ Unless ur talking about like another kind of fog???

I didnt know that stuff would do that, but god damn does it do an awesome job on polished parts!! More than 3-4$, Its like 7-8 around here, sometimes even more

I just did that whole wetsand deal and PlastX on my gf's Celica. Works wonders.
Note to self. Don't use anything heavier than 1000 Grit (maybe 800) I used 600 and it made a couple deeper scratches that won't polish out with the PlastX. Definitely invest in a buffing wheel for a drill or something. Hand polishing does not work and using a dremel takes a lot of time
