im looking for some tail pipes for my 86 GT. ive been trying to find some with a nice 3.5 or 4" tip. anyone know where i can find them?

 

Your going to have more luck buying each one seperate i think. If you buy a set of tail pipes from summit then just find a tip that you like and get a muffler shop to weld them on. Looking for tailpipes with a tip that you like will be almost next to impossible to find.

either way just go to the muffler shop they will have them.

 

tailpipes are awful especially 4" man common are you trying to compinsate for something?

 

I've got 3.5's and now I am used to them and they do not look that big at all. My friend did get 4 inch tips and they did look big but I do not think they were big. But this was also on my 96 and his 03, so they probably will look too big for the 86
