If i tune my car for 4.30 gears, it will read a slower MPH. Will my odometer move slower as well. So in the long run my car could have 20,000 miles more than the odometer reads.

You can adjust that in the tuner. It will correct everything for you.
edit: why would you tune your car for gears you dont have? Isnt tampering with the odo a felony?
